Returns and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. Returns will be given as store credit ONLY. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return item to be eligible for your store credit. We do not refund shipping charges. Returning of items is customer responsibility.
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment. No store credit will be given on items returned by USPS. You will be contacted if an item is returned, and be given the option to repurchase shipping to receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Any item that was customized in any way is NOT eligible for return. Those items are yours once you order them.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Store Credit
We will inspect your returned items upon receiving them. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive store credit on your account to be used on future purchases. If not approved, we will contact you and explain why your return was not approved. Customers will be responsible to re-purchase shipping on items that we not approved for store credit if they would prefer item to be given back.
