Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PickleballDinkDinkSmash.com.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders with customization ship within 7-10 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or our supplier is experiencing difficulties, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for deliver.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping chargers for your order will be calculation and displayed at check out.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow several hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your tracking status says it has been delivered, but you do not have it, or if the status does not update, contact USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm.  Once the package is given to USPS, we have no control over it. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@pickleballdinkdinksmash.com. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
