"Magnolia" Pink and Black Personalized Pickleball Bag: Customize with a name, nickname, or club name. Select from four font styles and nine colors to enhance this trendy and stylish bag. The customization dimensions are a max of 6 inches wide and 2 inches high, with a limit of 10 characters.
**Unfortunately, customized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable and cannot be canceled once ordered. Once you customize it, you own it.**
Ensure your gear stays organized and secure and looks great at the courts. Our bag material is lightweight, water-resistant, and easy to clean, making it more practical and reliable. The exterior zippered paddle cover is perfect for fitting two pickleball paddles. Our pickleball bag features a removable and adjustable long strap, making it ideal for a handbag or cross-body/shoulder bag carry. The water bottle pockets offer ample space to store even the tallest water bottles or enable quick access to pickleballs or other items.
The fonts offered are fun and artistic, with some featuring a mix of upper and lowercase letters. Unless you specify differently, the first letter will be upper case and the remaining letters will be lower case. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders with customization ship within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Upgrading your shipping to anything above USPS Ground does NOT mean your order will delivered to the post office any sooner. All that means is it will be delivered faster once it is at the USPS shipping facility.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or our supplier is experiencing difficulties, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for deliver. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow several hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your tracking status says it has been delivered, but you do not have it, or if the status does not update, contact USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Once the package is given to USPS, we have no control over it.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@pickleballdinkdinksmash.com. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
