3 oz. Customizable Steel Tumblers
3D printed using PLA, a durable, reusable, and renewable material derived from corn starch and sugar cane. It presents a sustainable alternative to petroleum-based plastics. The material is FDA-approved, food-safe, and BPA-free. PLA is not heat-resistant and cannot withstand boiling or dishwashers. Instead, hand-wash with soap and water for many years of use.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at PickleballDinkDinkSmash.com. Dink Dink Smash uses USPS for most shipping and has no control over item once it has been handed over to them. For delivery issues, please contact your local post office using your tracking information. Dink Dink Smash does not refund shipping, even upon return of item.

Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders with customization ship within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Upgrading your shipping to anything above USPS Ground does NOT mean your order will delivered to the post office any sooner. All that means is it will be delivered faster once it is at the USPS shipping facility.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or our supplier is experiencing difficulties, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for deliver. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow several hours for the tracking information to become available.
If your tracking status says it has been delivered, but you do not have it, or if the status does not update, contact USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Once the package is given to USPS, we have no control over it.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@pickleballdinkdinksmash.com. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
